1 – What's WhatsApp, and where do I get it? WhatsApp in an online communication app that works for both Apple and Android devices, and has both mobile and desktop apps, so it's super-simple to use. We also love WhatsApp because it's entirely secure data, and allows for video, audio and images to be uploaded, which is great for ongoing coaching conversations. If you haven't used WhatsApp, its super-easy, and you'll quickly love it.
2 – How do I know what phone number to call you for my calls? The number is on every invite, and every event, so it's easy to find, and you can save it too. We do NOT use that same number for texting, as we prefer to keep all written dialogue in WhatsApp, so we can both easily reference it when needed.
3 – Do I call you or do you call me? That's simple, you always call the coach. That way, you learn to be responsible for your own time from the get-go, and you have the power to start the call whenever you want, if you're running a few minutes late. Each calls has a hard-stop, so we encourage you to be on time.
4 – What about confidentiality, and keeping my name private? We never share your name or your information with any client, ever. If you divulge that information to your friends, and family, that's your business, though we'll never shall the details. Your business is entirely private, as are all our calls shared.
5 – What's your cancellation policy for calls? If you rebook your call >24 hours prior to your set time, there's no rebooking fee. If you cancel <24 hours, there's a 35% or $150 rebooking fee, whichever is the lower amount.
6 – What's your cancellation policy for packaged pricing? For programs 4 months longer, you can discontinue your program for up to a 50% refund, or whatever portion of unused full months are remaining on contract.
