Paul Kostial – Introduction
Paul Kostial is a businessman, entrepreneur, speaker, coach, philanthropist, and long-time competitor and advocate in the Arabian horse world globally, having starting riding horses at the age of 5 years. He's had many business-career successes and, earned many United States & Canadian National Championships, been involved with many charitable endeavors, and is an international judge of Arabian horses for 36+ years, including judging over 300 shows globally.
One Aligned Path of Experience
Combining showing, judging, coaching and business into an aligned path, Paul works with many competitors, executives, sales leaders, sportsmen, and entrepreneurs. Paul has also served as Chairman of AHA's Judges & Stewards Steering Committee for 10 years, and has been the recipient of the APAHA U.S. Amateur Male Equestrian of the Year Award, presented annually in Scottsdale.
Paul has also served as a member of the AHA Board of Directors, the Director, AHA Region 9, and Executive Show Chairman for both the Region 9 Championships and the Pro-Am Challenge Charity Horse Show, which he founded and managed a staff of 135 hard-working volunteers. He's also a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and served on the Board of the University of Texas at Austin, Dallas Alumni Association. Equestrian & Judging Experience
Paul has judged the United States National Championship Arabian & Half-Arabian Horse Show many times, the Arabian & Half-Arabian Youth National Championships, Canadian National Championships, Brazilian National Championships, as well as the Scottsdale All-Arabian Horse Show many times, the Arabian Breeder's World Cup, the Arabian Breeder's Finals, the National Show Horse Finals, Saddle Seat Equitation Championships, and many other shows globally. Paul is an avid businessman, a well-respected marketing and sales executive, and entrepreneur.
Business, Sales & Entrepreneurial
Before venturing to start new companies, Paul was Vice President, Sales with Time Inc. in a national sales and management for 17 years and, has since launched several businesses and charitable ventures. He's trained with many leading coaching platforms for 30+ years, including business, sales, and life development growth.
